Policies applicable to paid and confirmed reservations.
If you cancel:
-More than 24 hours before starting the reservation, we will refund 100% of your payment.*
-Less than 24 hours before starting the reservation, we will refund 70% of your payment. *
* In any of these cases the amount will be added to the client's balance to be used in future reservations, discounting the HAP Service Fee.
-Your payment will be paid to your Balance to reserve a second option, if it is not possible, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
* When the reservation has been paid with a coupon and the CUSTOMER cancels, there will be no refund of coupons to CUSTOMERS, nor can the service be reimbursed.
